Job DetailsJob Location: Brewster, NY 10509Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: DayJob Category: Office** BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKING** Human Resources Generalist: On-site Location: Brewster, NY Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 / year What You'll Do: Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters Lead employee relations investigations and support conflict resolution Administer FMLA, leave of absence, Workers’ Compensation, and unemployment documentation Manage time and attendance processes in Paycom, including PTO, punch edits, and manager training Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws Support payroll accuracy through timecard review and weekly manager reminders Monitor and respond to HR inbox and employee documentation in a timely manner Provide bilingual (Spanish) support to employees as needed What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred) and Microsoft Office Experience adminis...
