This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, meaningful patient connections, and the ability to design a schedule that truly fits their life. You will provide in‑home assessment, treatment, and education to help patients regain communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic function so they can thrive safely at home.
