Cook Role Overview The Cook role at Great Blue Resorts is designed to ensure the Corporate Objectives of maximizing profitability and Owner, Guest & Staff happiness for their resort by following the 3V Philosophy of Visibility, Velocity and Value. The Cook is a strong sales driver, profit focused and people oriented. They will manage their assigned duties and responsibilities. The Cook will be responsible for helping to maintain the overall culture of the resort and to ensure that staff also represents and embraces Great Blue Resorts culture and goals and is fundamental in the contribution of the overall success of the Golf Course business. Responsibilities: The Cook’s role is to ensure that there is no hold-up to ensure that the guests’ food is prepared and served with the guided timelines. The Cook’s responsibility will include but not limited to the following: The Cook is responsible for maintaining the overall image of the BBQ.
