The Opportunity: In this role you will: - Oversee HSE compliance for all CSA activities including civil works, structural steel, concrete, and architectural finishes. - Identify and mitigate high-risk activities during excavation, foundation, structural erection, and fit-out phases. - Develop and implement robust safety strategies tailored to CSA scope within a hyperscale data center environment. - Conduct independent audits and inspections of CSA works, ensuring adherence to ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). - Collaborate with contractors and project teams to enforce best-in-class safety practices. - Lead incident investigatio...
