Description Camelot Services, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician-Level 2, located at Camelot’s Client site in Alexandria, VA 22305. In a safe, efficient, and professional manner, the Maintenance Technician II will deliver preventative, corrective, and general maintenance for Camelot’s Client, while adhering to all safety and health standards Hours: 10 am to 6 pm Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Raise any safety, code, or other work-related issue promptly to the attention of your supervisor or Facility Management, and assist in resolution as directed. - Communicates effectively and appropriately with Client and Customers. - Ensures safety training and safety policies are communicated and followed. - Ensures facility maintenance according to established standards. - Identify deficiencies through regular and thorough inspection of building premises. - Works to optimize spare parts inventory. - Manages skill sets to tasks. - Administers preventive maintenance program for the facility. - Follows through on maintenance needs and deficiencies as appropriate. - Maintains operating logs including temperatures, pressures,...
