Summary: Provides accurate, safe and cost effective drug distribution and clinical services through supervised efforts of supportive staff to patients of the hospital. Participates in a departmental training program to develop knowledge and skills needed to provide pharmaceutical care. Responsibilities: Serves as a co-preceptor to students in learning experiences.Develops and completes residency research project and other longitudinal assignments. Presents at professional conference(s) as directed.Meets with Residency Program Director or designee to evaluate progress and ensure program expectations are met. Meets with preceptors or designee for education and evaluation of rotation goals and objectives.Provides clinical and operational pharmacy services consistent with departmental policy and procedure.Participates in staff development and educational programs including case presentations, journal clubs, continuing educatio...
