As the Payroll Specialist – EMEA , you’ll play a hands-on, individual contributor role in building and operating payroll processes across multiple countries as part of a global HR Shared Services model . This is a builder role for someone who takes personal accountability, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and thrives in ambiguity. You will not inherit fully mature processes—you will help stabilize, improve, and modernize them. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys solving problems, improving how work gets done, and using technology (including emerging AI capabilities) to make payroll more accurate, efficient, and scalable.
