We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic Service Department. In this pivotal role, you will e the first point of contact for customers and Service Technicians, ensuring smooth coordination of service requests and accurate invoicing. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our aftermarket services. Requirements: Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Receive, log, and coordinate customer service and maintenance requests. - Dispatch and support field technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication. - Process and verify work orders, parts, and labour for invoicing accuracy. - Maintain and update service and maintenance agreements. - Monitor compliance with service procedures, time tracking, and reporting requirements. - Liaise with Parts, Rentals, and Sales teams to coordinate join activities. - Provide general administrative and reporting support to the Service Department.
