The Senior Product Line Manager, Women’s Footwear (PLM) will be responsible for supporting and driving the women's dress and dress casual footwear categories to achieve and exceed company revenue and category performance objectives with direction from the Director, WFW Product Merchandising. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Assist Director in creating the seasonal line plan and present to design seasonal product strategy for product category, ensuring they support global brand direction - Analyze selling reports provided by business channels for new and existing collections, styles, skus/colors for in-season selling performance; Communicate findings in a visual/analytic manner - Generate ad hoc reports for past season performance or forecast reports for upcoming seasons to inform line planning and product life cycle management - Partner with Director to crate compelling, balanced collections across categories ensuring the support global brand direction. - Establish target pricing and partner with production, tech design, PD, and design to achieve product category IMU targets - Have a voice in proto review and all line reviews; internally with product team as well as with channels - Partner...
