The Regional Physician Liaison serves as a strategic growth catalyst for the IU Health system by cultivating high-value relationships with both independent and employed primary care providers. This role is responsible for driving referral volume and protecting retention within targeted territories by aligning clinical services with current market strategies. Beyond active promotion, the Liaison acts as a critical problem-solver for physician offices, identifying and resolving operational barriers to ensure a seamless referral experience.
