Location: Hinkley Salary: Competitive (DOE) Hours: Shift work, 10 hours working days and nights, rotational. Role Vision: As our Catalyst in SHEQT (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Training), you are the glue that keeps our policies, procedures and practices together. With a practical approach, you will ensure compliance, deliver insightful toolbox talks and pre-start briefings, and be the beacon of Health and Safety, Environmental & Quality advice. This hands-on role is designed for a proactive leader who can balance business needs with client requirements while keeping an unwavering focus on SHEQT compliance. Key Accountabilities: Aiding the project management teams in upholding the highest Health, Safety & Environmental standards across all projects. Executing meticulous inspections with a focus on SHEQ compliance, company and client management systems and industry best practices. Ensuring safe maintenance and risk management of plant and materials across projects (PUWER, LOLER, RAMS, CoSHH, FIRE etc).
