POSITION SUMMARY: The Value Stream Manager is responsible for the operation of one of the Value Streams at our plant in West Chester, PA. Key deliverables for this position include managing the cross functionalities of the Value Stream teams and supervising the cells to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established for Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost (SQDC). Strong leadership skills and effective use of the Regal Business System (RBS) tools to continually improve the team’s performance is a critical part of this role.
