This is a general posting that will serve to create a pool of applicants for adjunct faculty openings throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. Position Summary: The Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management at Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver is looking to hire industry professionals for the 2026-2027academic year to teach a 1 course per quarter in the Fall Quarter (Sept-Nov), Winter Quarter (Jan-Mar), and Spring Quarter (Apr-Jun), 2 Sections of HOSP 2401: The Business of Hotel Operations , and 1 Section of 2402: Revenue Optimization Techniques. Industry professionals are compensated at a rate of $1290.00 per credit hour, with each class counting for four credit hours, for a total of $5,160 for each course. Essential Functions: Industry professionals are required to teach twice a week, hold office hours, assign papers and exams as appropriate and be available to assist students with assignments.
