The challenge: We are looking for a Managing Director to accelerate commercial success in Portugal and drive measurable impact for clients. This is a key role, combining full P&L ownership, business development and leadership across both strategic and organizational dimensions. The role operates within a hybrid model covering production (Print, POS, Packaging) and creative & digital expertise, with a focus on retail performance, building long-term client partnerships.
