Hello,: We are looking for an Account Executive XL to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding Factorial’s footprint in the Italian market . As part of the XL team, you will report directly to the Director of XL, and focus on launching and expanding Factorial's presence with high-potential, mid-to-large enterprises. The Role - Work exclusively on a curated list of high-potential target companies, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises. - Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. - Build and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. - Responsible for launching and managing the client’s account during their first year with Factorial.
