YAI is seeking a qualified Assistant Supervisor to support our Flatbush 1 IRA in Brooklyn . Assistant Supervisors serve as lead members of the direct care team, providing similar day-to-day functions as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), but with additional administrative responsibilities including training, scheduling, systems management, and in some cases, directly supervising the DSPs.
