Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $41.42/Hr. - CAD $55.91/Hr. Summary: Crosstown Clinic is now accepting applications for nurses to join their harm reduction-driven team. Crosstown is the first clinic in North America to offer medical-grade heroin (diacetylmorphine) and the legal analgesic hydromorphone within a supervised clinical setting to chronic substance use patients, supported by an on-site pharmacy and an interdisciplinary care team composed of doctors, nurses, social workers and substance-use disorder counsellors. We also offer life-skills counselling, housing referrals and direction to legal assistance. Your duties will include: - Client Care & Monitoring: Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to clients with substance use disorders within a harm reduction framework. Monitor client health and wellbeing before, during, and after treatment, respond to medical or behavioural crises, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care delivery. - Care Planning & Documentation: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans using clinical judgment and best practices.
