LP Maintenance Team Lead Position Overview The LP Maintenance Team Lead is a working leader’s role supporting internal and external customer needs and requirements while achieving specific project goals and objectives. The LP Maintenance Team Lead oversees the day-to-day operations of the truck, trailer and heavy equipment maintenance and other machinery. The equipment the Team Lead will maintain/manage with the team are multi-use Class 8 trucks, multi-axle hydraulic trailers, van trailers, gon-trailers, and various supporting yard trucks and trailers. Accountabilities: - Implement PADNOS Safety Responsibility Rules processes and expectations daily with team members by working to maintain a safe work environment. - Assure the highest level of quality in all tasks being performed making sure that all equipment is in good working order and meets all safety standards according to DOT and company standards. - Inspect equipment and delegate work to Mechanics to complete tasks. - Train new Team Members on company procedures and how to safely work on equipment. - Monitor lube tech services and oil samples being sent into Mobil Serv for analysis. - Communicate with Transportation Team on t...
