The handling will start from first notification through policy & legal liability assessment, quantum analysis to timely and accurate resolution, whilst mitigating indemnity and expense exposure. You will communicate developments and outcome as necessary to all key stakeholders (internal and external) and provide a high standard of customer service while adhering to claims handling best practices and legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
