You’ll guide technical execution, mentor data scientists, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical deliveries and business needs. Most importantly, you will bring technical leadership and people leadership skills and experience to manage and develop a high-performance team of data scientists. Additionally, you will engage with data & analytics teams internally as well as other teams including technology, model risk management and others to develop highly meaningful and relevant insights and develop understanding customer behavior for driving data driven customer management practices.
