Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate documentation in accordance with established procedures. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs while embodying TriLink’s mission and values. This is an entry-level role designed to build a strong foundation for growth within the Customer Service team.
