The Opportunity Specialist/Lead Sales Coordinator – will identify, pre-qualify, follow-up, convert quotes to sales and call on both non-contract customers and current customers to increase awareness of One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating services. Responsibilities: - Identify, pre-qualify, and call on non-contract customers and current contract customers to increase awareness of company service offerings. - Warm leads provided by One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. No Canvassing, No Cold Calling with uncapped commissions opportunity - Prepare estimates and proposals. - Follow-up on sales leads while being professionally persistent. - Set and verify appointments. - Ability to turn quotes into sales. - Competitive nature, active listener, problem solver, disciplined with the ability to adapt. - Manage multiple opportunities particularly focusing on selling service agreements and new equipment. - Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills - Demonstrate technical expertise and maintains a high level of credibility. - Recommend solutions and handle customer objectives with a total value solution and competitive advantage(s). - Positively and credibly...
