Financial Controller – Finance Operations Location: Busek Co., Inc. About Us: Busek is seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to lead and support our finance operations. In this pivotal role, you will focus on supporting internal business groups by developing scalable financial processes, overseeing financial reporting, and collaborating on budgeting, forecasting, and ERP system enhancements. Experience with Epicor ERP systems is highly desirable, and familiarity with Deltek is a plus. You will play a critical role in providing financial insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Support internal business groups by providing financial insights and operational support. Develop and maintain scalable financial processes to enhance business operations. Prepare financial forecasting reports and corporate financial statements. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance. Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
