Job Summary: Responsible for the execution of the Healthspring strategy for local topline sales agencies, directly contracted agents, and broker down-line sales within the market for the book of business they manage through training, relationship management, member retention and sales growth. Job Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree and 4 years health insurance sales experience OR master’s degree with 2 years health insurance sales experience OR 8 years health insurance sales experience - Experience managing broker and/or field sales staff - Experience in meeting and/or exceeding sales goals - Knowledge of the health insurance industry, the producer community and Consumer Markets products - Marketing skills - Consultative skills - Training skills Interviewing and selection skills - Verbal and written communications skills including interpersonal skills, building relationships, de...
