Who we are looking for We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a foundational understanding of financial services. While prior experience in custody operations is a plus, we welcome candidates eager to grow in this area. Fluency in Italian and English is required, particularly for supporting the Italian client book. This role operates in a hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days per week required in the office What you will be responsible for As a Custody Operations Associate 1, you will support the daily execution of custody-related tasks and contribute to operational excellence. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure timely and accurate processing, maintain documentation, and assist in resolving operational issues. As an Associate Level 1, you will: Executing daily BAU tasks under guidance and ensuring timely completion. Supporting internal workflows to meet processing and client deadlines.
