Key Responsibilities: Creator, Influencer & Social Leadership: - Set the vision and strategy for creator, influencer, and organic social across brands - Lead teams responsible for day-to-day execution and performance across Creator/Influencer + Organic Social - Build a scalable creator ecosystem (influencers, cultural creators, UGC) that drives reach and relevance - Define the role of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest) within the marketing ecosystem Growth, Commerce & Impact: - Connect creator and social programs to demand generation, revenue, and customer growth - Support social commerce and merchandising integration - Partner with Brand Marketing and Merchandising on key campaigns and p...
