Description Knight’s Companies is seeking a Mixer Truck Driver to join our Lexington team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a ready-mix truck while delivering high-quality concrete products to our customers. This position plays a critical role in representing our company values, ensuring safety, and providing exceptional customer service on every delivery. What You’ll Do: - Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies - Deliver concrete to job sites efficiently and accurately - Inspect loads to ensure proper mix consistency and quality (slump, texture, color, etc.) - Verify delivery instructions and job site locations before departing the plant - Maintain communication with plant personnel and dispatch for delivery coordination - Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service at all times - Complete required paperwork including delivery tickets, logs, and inspection reports - Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment - Maintain truck cleanliness and perform minor maintenance as needed - Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety standards - Support...
