Job Title: Commercial Pressure Washing/ Maintenance Technician Department: Maintenance: Reports To: Maintenance Manager - East Exemption Status (FLSA): Non-Exempt: Job Summary: Responsible for pressure washing the exterior surfaces of True North store locations to maintain a clean and professional appearance. This role also supports general maintenance needs across assigned company sites. Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, performs additional maintenance and repair tasks as needed to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Essential Functions: · General maintenance including interior and exterior painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. - Travel and perform pressure washing and soft washing on surfaces such as buildings, sidewalks, fuel islands, parking lots, and equipment - Clean and restore exterior surfaces including concrete and brick - Operate and maintain pressure washers, hoses, surface cleaners, and chemical applicators - Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards - Provide general maintenance assistance to ensure all company sites adhere to the company’s appearance standards - Perform routine maintenance...
