Colas is a subsidiary of the Bouygues Group which includes over 200,000 staff worldwide. The Role: We are seeking a highly organised Contract Administrator to join our team based in Perth, WA. Reporting to the Major Projects Manager, this role will support a major infrastructure project and is critical in ensuring the smooth coordination of project documentation, reporting and administrative processes. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with the view to be extended. Key Responsibilities include: - Monitor and record project costs, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs - Review, verify, and process invoices from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contract terms - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in cost and revenue tracking systems, ensuring all transactions are properly documented - Analyse revenue and costs associated with projects undertaken a...
