Seeking an experienced salon lead and stylist who will lead successful store operations and provide an unforgettable customer experience. JOB DESCRIPTION: You have the drive to help grow a team of stylists at a kid first hair salon. Must have an upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our customers. Point person for the daily operations of the salon and ensure that best practices are followed in both customer satisfaction and business optimization. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, customer-centric atmosphere. RESPONSIBILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum two years experience leading, coaching, and training teams. Store operation experience. Able to work weekends. COMPENSATION:: Competitive hourly wage, tips, & opportunity for bonus based on key performance indicators of salon operation being met.
