Your Next Opportunity Clarendon Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing Site Management team to look after our South West Sydney construction Team. In this role, you will oversee the build of our customers’ homes, serving as the primary point of contact for trades, suppliers and customers throughout the construction journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused team within a trusted home building brand. What you’ll do: Engage with customers to build trust and rapport throughout their build Educate customers on the complex building process ensuring they have a clear understanding of expectations and milestones Maintain regular and proactive contact with customers Identify and resolve roadblocks in the customer journey Manage a portfolio of home builds Complete a file breakdown, reviewing the tender, contract, plans, variations, colours schedules and details associated with the build of the customer’s home to ensure understanding of the build and clarifying any discrepancies.
