Hours of work normally 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 7:15 am- 4:15 pm but can exceed 40 hours a week including some evening and weekend hours. Ability to lift over 50 pounds as needed and travel to our financial center locations using a company-provided vehicle during the workday. Pay range is $27.75 - $30.75/hr, based on experience. The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as a resident expert to others and independently perform maintenance and system activities (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) to maintain financial centers, grounds, and utilities in operational status. Candidates should have a valid NYS Driver’s License plus high school diploma/equivalent or higher and a minimum of 5 years construction/building maintenance experience.
