Position Overview The Director, Maintenance and Facilities is a critical functional leader ensuring sites are open and operating at peak physical efficiency with strict adherence to regulatory requirements for operating a car wash. This role ensures the local facilities management teams are effectively completing both reactive and preventive work to deliver optimal wash quality. Supportive of this, the role ensures work processes and provides training support to manage a safe and environmentally compliant work environment. The Director provides strategic leadership and day-to-day direction to maintenance and facilities teams, fostering accountability, development, and high performance across a geographically dispersed team. Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned) Open and Operating at Peak Efficiency - Partners with local maintenance teams to ensure full adoption and utilization of CMMS across all platforms - Develops, monitors and reports KPIs in relation to site uptime, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and work order completion - Establishes processes and facilitates parts and equipment procurement to ensure timely completion of repairs, minimizing downtime and optimizing wash q...
