Senior Engineer Quality Assurance FLSA Status: Exempt: JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for, and technical expertise in, ensuring that the company’s quality management system, procedures, inspection, test, and work processes are in compliance with AAR, FRA, TTX and associated industry-related standards (ISO), regulations and requirements. Additional primary responsibilities include the performance of dynamic process audits at DRACO to ensure company practices and work performed complies with pre-defined standards, regulations and requirements. Provide detailed assessment reports to associated parties for the identification of follow-on continual improvement initiatives and activities. Lead problem investigation, critical-to-quality product, and process improvement activities. The majority of the assigned tasks require the individual to work in an independent and collaborative nature. Moderate travel is required and therefore is a candidate for working out of home office for the balance of the work time (if candidate is based outside of DRACO area).
