We are looking for a talented Health, Safety and Environment Engineer – Senior to join our team specializing in health & safety for our Cummins’ business in Ladson, SC. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Champion a strong health, safety, and environmental culture by modeling safe behavior, coaching others, and reinforcing expectations across all levels of the site. Strengthen employee engagement by ensuring team members are actively consulted and empowered to contribute to safety programs, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Elevate site performance by providing cross-functional technical expertise to enhance hazard prevention, risk controls, corrective actions, and overall HSE processes. Support daily HSE operations by troubleshooting complex technical issues and enabling stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently and safely. Lead comprehensive hazard identification, environmental aspect reviews, and risk assessments to uncover improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
