We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our OneSystem Project Team in our Bolton Food Business Unit based in Milan. How you make the difference: You will be part of OneSystem Project, a strategic transformation project aimed at implementing SAP S4/Hana in Spain and Morocco. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the simplification of intercompany flows and the extension of Bolton Food processes on an international scale. How your agenda looks like: - Project Support: Provide daily operational support to the Project Leadership in managing project activities. - OneSystem Roadmap: Assist in the rollout phases, ensuring the project is smoothly integrated into the existing Bolton Food environment. - Documentation & Creativity: Help draft formal IT documentation and create engaging internal presentations to keep stakeholders updated. - Process Learning: Work closely with our Project Experts and internal leaders to learn how to manage complex business processes. - Data & Change Management: Support data collection and change analysis to make our intercompany flows simpler and more efficient. - International Experience: Support project activities directly on-site throu...
