You will guide the team, use positive behavioural support, and help people live well. You need experience in care, good communication skills, and a calm, caring approach. What you’ll do: You’ll manage a team of PBS Support Workers centred around a customer with complex presentation. You and your team will support customers with any aspect of their day-to-day living.
