Description NYU Grossman School of Medicine's Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology seeks an academic dermatologist to serve as Director of Dermatologic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader across the full spectrum of cutaneous oncology; encompassing Mohs micrographic surgery, nonsurgical skin cancer management, and advanced noninvasive imaging — board certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery, with at least seven years of post-fellowship experience. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in multidisciplinary skin cancer care extending beyond surgery, a strong record of leadership in clinical and academic settings, and experience leading teams of faculty and staff. The Director will provide both strategic and operational leadership for our dermatologic surgery units, overseeing clinical programs, faculty, trainees, and staff, and advancing a vision for state-of-the-art, patient-centered care in collaboration with colleagues across disciplines.
