Organization: PAMF-Palo Alto Medical Foundation SCD Position Overview: RN - Infusion/Oncology, RN - Hematology/Oncology The Oncology RN, under general supervision and within the scope of practice for a registered nurse in California, The Oncology Practice Nurse provides specialized nursing care to patients receiving cancer treatment in an outpatient setting. This role works closely with the attending oncologist to coordinate patient care, deliver education, administer treatments, and support patients and families throughout the cancer care continuum. The nurse ensures safe clinical practice, maintains high standards of communication, and contributes to efficient clinic operations.
