Job DetailsJob Location: Oklahoma City Housing Authority - Oklahoma City, OK 73117Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $32,918.00 - $49,377.00 SalarySCOPE Responsible for obtaining data, reviewing and screening applications from prospective tenants to determine eligibility for housing assistance and monitoring recertification activities in the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and Project Based Voucher (PBV) Programs. ACCOUNTABILITY: Directly responsible to the Assistant Director of Housing Choice Voucher Program EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED: Interviews applicants, takes initial applications, and conducts applicant screening for admission for HCV RAD and PBV Programs. Conducts home visits. Maintains waiting list for RAD and PBV Programs. Notifies applicants of eligibility/ineligibility for RAD and PBV Programs. Conducts briefing sessions for RAD and PBV Program applicants and participants. Computes rent and performs data entry to include demographic and financial changes.
