The Opportunity Ulteig is looking for a highly engaged and qualified candidate for our Manager – Project Management position in the Power Lifeline Sector. This role will focus on leading a team of project management supervisors, project managers, and project coordinators, fostering on-the-job leadership development, encouraging additional and efficient team growth, and oversee the execution of project and/or construction management solutions on transmission and substation power delivery projects. The duties will include management and development of supervisors and project team members, coordination with clients, and internal business partners, business development activities, resource coordination, hiring, and management of team financial targets and goals. This individual will report within the leadership team in Ulteig’s Power LLS to the Associate Director of the Project Management department. The Manager - Project Management is a self-starting leader who will primarily focus on project and team success, people development, and project delivery excellence.
