HealthPartners North Suburban Family Physicians has an exciting opportunity for a Clinic Supervisor to join our leadership team! This role will provide leadership, direction and administration of daily business processes operations at the North Suburban Family Physicians clinics located in Lino Lakes, Roseville and Hugo, MN. This role provides oversight of the daily operations of the front desk/medical receptionist staff and will work between 3 clinic locations (Lino Lakes, Roseville and Hugo, MN). In addition to leading staff, this role will require strong technical skills in order to troubleshoot technical issues and will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Epic templates to ensure schedules and visit types are accurately set up. The position also plays a critical role in supporting the online urgent care workflows, ensuring they are correctly built and functioning within Epic to support operational efficiency and patient access.
