Description Construction Foreman: Job Description: A Foreman is required to perform construction labor and supervisor duties. This will include but not limited to digging trenches and/or ditches, backfill and compacting in addition to skilled technical work that is related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of natural gas facilities which will be performed under the general foreman. As a foreman you will need to have complete supervision of the jobsite field operations which include, daily production, quality control, equipment maintenance and labor/subcontractor management. This also includes having proficient Safety skills, Quality workmanship and a Trustworthy reputation to provide the utmost degree of value in every task that you perform.
