About the Team DoorDash Digital Ordering is DoorDash’s first software-as-a-service business unit – offering a suite of services across online ordering, branded mobile apps, loyalty solutions, and more that enable merchants (restaurants, grocers, retailers, etc.) to reach customers through their own first-party channels. The business is one of the fastest-growing segments within DoorDash, and yet is only scratching the surface of a generational opportunity to better serve hundreds of thousands of merchants across the Americas to help them grow their business and improve working lives in one of the country’s biggest industry sectors. About the Role: As a Product Operations – GTM leader on the Digital Ordering team, you will drive the operational launch strategy for new products, features, pricing updates, and platform enhancements. You will sit at the center of Product, PMM, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, and field teams to ensure launches are clear, coordinated, and set up for adoption.
