Senior HR Generalist

ROLE PURPOSE: The Senior HR Generalist supports the Plant HR Manager and is responsible for activities related to time and attendance management, payroll coordination and personnel administration, compliance with mandatory obligations, HR KPI reporting, and managing contractual aspects with temporary staffing agencies. The role ensures overall accuracy of employee-related data and compliance with required process timelines. The following responsibilities complete and integrate the contractual job classification associated with the assigned level. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES AND TASKS: •Contribute to managing internal communication and employee relations on various employment-related matters (employee help desk, clarification requests, employee statements, etc.). •Monitor and coordinate activities related to time and attendance management (daily clocking data collection, anomaly checks and resolution, vacation and paid leave, wage support schemes, sick leave, injuries, strikes, union leave, parental leave, maternity, etc.). •Create, manage, and maintain employee master data in various HR information systems, including SAP. •Monitor and coordinate activities related to payroll managemen...
