The Nelson Trust is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Criminal Justice Keyworkers at our Gloucester Women's Centre. Position: Criminal Justice Keyworker - Female Location: Gloucester Women's Centre: Salary: £27,000 per annum: Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension (6% employer contribution) About the Role: As a Criminal Justice Keyworker, you will provide a range of interventions and support to women involved in the criminal justice system. Your role will involve offering one-to-one support, guidance, information, and signposting to help raise self-esteem, self-efficacy, and enhance social and recovery capital. You will work collaboratively with various agencies to develop and implement gender-responsive support plans tailored to individual needs.
