Summary: Responsible for assisting with a variety of duties, including installing equipment, maintaining mechanical systems, and repairing machines. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions: -Assist in completing maintenance requests and other maintenance. -Learn how to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances, and other systems. -Assist with preventative maintenance. -Participate in conducting inspections and ensuring tracking logs are kept current. -Experience emergency maintenance procedures. -Perform other duties and special projects as requested by management.
