Your Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and execution of the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) strategy for the Americas region, aligned with global CREM objectives. Serve as a solution‑oriented business partner to internal stakeholders across divisions, supporting operational and strategic business needs. Manage and optimize the real estate portfolio, including analysis, proposals, and execution based on business strategy and global targets. Oversee asset and property management activities, including in‑house and outsourced services across regions and sub‑regions. Execute real estate transactions and M&A activities (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing) in alignment with global governance and guidelines.
