Junior Electrical Engineer

Job Summary: Junior level Electrical Engineer. Performs engineering work in the initial planning and design phases of projects. This includes engineering/design for power distribution systems, lighting systems, grounding systems, lightning protection systems, backup power supply systems, instrumentation, controls, and fire detection/alarming. Perform studies and technical activities to arrive at the most cost effective, reliable technical solution. May also support procurement and construction phases or projects with engineering knowledge and experience . Key Responsibilities: - Develop conceptual design, perform calculations, and perform system studies. - Develop detailed electrical drawings. - Ensure conformance to applicable engineering codes and standards as well as company policies and procedures. - Coordinate with and consult other Engineers and Designers to engineer, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve technical and other issues.
