In this role, you'll: Join our Operations Communications team, where you will lead the delivery of real-time social media communications that keep customers informed and moving across the transport network. In this role, you will oversee how operational information is translated into clear, timely and engaging social media content during disruptions, incidents and major events. You will lead a team operating in a fast-paced, operational environment, ensuring messaging is accurate, consistent and supports customer decision-making in critical moments. You will: This is a Permanent, Full Time position located at our Transport Management Centre (TMC) at Eveleigh.
